Hi! My name is Ola
I’m a sincere, fun-loving person who believes that life is what you make it. I believe in the power of perception and attitude.
You’re your own best healer and supporter, but there’s a great chance you don’t realise that yet.
I’ve learnt this on my own journey of self-healing and finding happiness. My two biggest passions are travelling and living a healthy lifestyle. It took me a long time to find my balance and I want
to help you find it faster. I’m here to help and support you on your own path to a happier and healthier life.
I won’t solve your problems, but I can help you to solve them yourself.
My approach is highly personalized, as each individual is unique and requires a tailored approach to achieve their goals. Through one-on-one coaching sessions, I can help you identify your needs and develop a comprehensive plan for achieving your desired outcomes.
I can help you recognize and challenge negative thought patterns and behaviours that may be holding you back from reaching your full potential. I also incorporate mindfulness techniques, stress reduction strategies, and other evidence-based practices into my coaching to promote overall well-being and resilience.

Holistic Wellness Coaching
If you feel ‘out of balance’, be it physically, emotionally, spiritually or in any other area of your life, you’ll benefit from this type of session.
Most of the time, it’s only our perception and attitude that we need to change in order to live a fulfilling life. I’m a firm believer that small steps make a big difference. Change doesn’t have to be hard or overwhelming. Give it a try and start living your best life.
Fitness
If you don’t feel in shape, lack energy, are unhappy with your appearance or just want to move more, let’s meet and train together. I can offer you a workout anytime, anywhere, at your level and according to your wishes. At home, outdoors, in a hotel during your holiday – all you need is some space and an internet connection. From gentle stretching to HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) – fitness
has always been my passion and my purpose in life, which I’d love to share with you.
Stress Management
Excessive stress leads to many emotional and physical problems and can affect every area of our lives. Living a stress-free life is the number one goal for many people around the world. In these sessions I can support you on your path to a stress-free life with breathing techniques, meditations, an adapted mindset and much more. I will show you ways to navigate through your reality without tension and worry.
Yoga inspired sessions for body and mind
My own yoga-inspired workouts leave you feeling relaxed and free. By combining movement, breathing and mindfulness, you can release physical and emotional tension from your body and mind. Letting go emotionally doesn’t have to be painful and I guarantee you a space
where you can feel safe and at ease.

Let’s start with a comprehensive session where you can try out everything I offer. It’s normal to feel lost and unsure about what exactly might benefit you, and this type of session can support you in your decision without pressurising you. Let’s get together and figure it out.
The thing which I appreciate the most about Ola as a trainer is that she adjusts the intensity of training daily depending on my ability on a given day. This way even on days when I am very tired I end my exercise session with a sense of accomplishment.
