Hi! My name is Ola
I’m a sincere, fun-loving person who believes that life is what you make it. I believe in the power of perception and attitude. You’re your own best healer and supporter, but there’s a great chance you don’t realise that yet. I’ve learnt this on my own journey of self-healing and finding happiness. My two biggest passions are travelling and living a healthy lifestyle. It took me a long time to find my balance and I want to help you find it faster.
My approach is highly personalized, as each individual is unique and requires a tailored approach to achieve their goals. Through one-on-one coaching sessions, I can help you identify your needs and develop a comprehensive plan for achieving your desired outcomes.
I can help you recognize and challenge negative thought patterns and behaviours that may be holding you back from reaching your full potential. I also incorporate mindfulness techniques, stress reduction strategies, and other evidence-based practices into my coaching to promote overall well-being and resilience.
Throughout my career as a wellness coach, I’ve delved into the intricacies of Holistic Wellness and dedicated fifteen years to the health and fitness industry. Recognising the interconnected nature of the mind, emotions, body, and spirit, I encompass a holistic approach to address various aspects of life.
My expertise spans fitness, nutrition, mindfulness, stress management, breath coaching, and meditation. I offer various services encompassing stress and emotional release, calming the nervous system, anxiety management, sleep improvement, fitness guidance, and overall well-being. Tailoring my approach to each individual, I empower clients to attain a balanced, happy, and healthy life through gradual steps and sustained consistency. My sessions provide a supportive environment where you feel understood, accepted, and valued.
